Composition & Mechanism of Action

This aqueous blend combines lipotropic agents, methyl donors, and B-vitamin cofactors studied for their roles in cellular metabolism:

  • L-Carnitine — facilitates transport of long-chain fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane for β-oxidation.
  • L-Arginine — a substrate for nitric oxide synthase, involved in NO-mediated vascular signaling and as a precursor in the urea cycle.
  • Methionine — an essential sulfur-containing amino acid that serves as a methyl donor via the SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) pathway, involved in transmethylation reactions.
  • Inositol — a cyclitol involved in cell membrane phospholipid signaling (PI cycle) and insulin signal transduction pathways.
  • Choline — a precursor for phosphatidylcholine synthesis and acetylcholine production; participates in one-carbon metabolism alongside methionine.
  • Pyridoxine (B6) — converted to pyridoxal-5-phosphate, a cofactor for transamination and decarboxylation reactions in amino acid metabolism.
  • Dexpanthenol (B5) — a precursor of pantothenic acid, which is incorporated into coenzyme A, central to fatty acid and energy metabolism.
  • Methylcobalamin (B12) — a cofactor for methionine synthase, supporting the conversion of homocysteine to methionine within the methylation cycle.

All ingredient interactions are described strictly at the level of documented biochemical pathways; no claims of physiological outcome, safety, or efficacy are made or implied.
