Composition & Mechanism of Action

This aqueous blend combines lipotropic agents, methyl donors, a coenzyme, and B-vitamin cofactors studied for their roles in cellular metabolism:

  • L-Carnitine — facilitates transport of long-chain fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane for β-oxidation.
  • Methionine — an essential sulfur-containing amino acid that serves as a methyl donor via the SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) pathway, involved in transmethylation reactions.
  • Inositol — a cyclitol involved in cell membrane phospholipid signaling (PI cycle) and insulin signal transduction pathways.
  • Choline — a precursor for phosphatidylcholine synthesis and acetylcholine production; participates in one-carbon metabolism alongside methionine.
  • Methylcobalamin (B12) — a cofactor for methionine synthase, supporting the conversion of homocysteine to methionine within the methylation cycle.
  • Pyridoxine (B6) — converted to pyridoxal-5-phosphate, a cofactor for transamination and decarboxylation reactions in amino acid metabolism.
  • NADH — the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, functioning as an electron carrier in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and the electron transport chain.

All ingredient interactions are described strictly at the level of documented biochemical pathways; no claims of physiological outcome, safety, or efficacy are made or implied.
