Research Use Only Acknowledgment

This Research Use Only Acknowledgment (“Agreement”) applies to research materials obtained through CLEAREDPEPTIDES.COM. By affirmatively accepting this Agreement and completing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. Research Use Only

Products covered by this Agreement are offered solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or other lawful research purposes. They are not offered for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, cure, or other clinical or therapeutic use.

The purchaser agrees that products covered by this Agreement will not be:

• Administered to or consumed by any human or animal;
• Used for self-experimentation or personal therapeutic purposes;
• Used in food, drug, cosmetic, household, diagnostic, clinical, or veterinary applications;
• Represented or resold as an approved pharmaceutical, medication, or medical product; or
• Redistributed to another person or entity for a prohibited use.

2. Regulatory Status

CLEARED PEPTIDES does not represent products covered by this Agreement as FDA-approved finished drug products.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, the specific products supplied by CLEARED PEPTIDES have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as finished drug products for safety, effectiveness, or quality for human or veterinary use.

Nothing in this Agreement, on the website, on a Certificate of Analysis, or in scientific literature should be interpreted as FDA authorization, medical approval, or permission for a use prohibited by applicable law.

3. Purchaser Qualification and Intended Use

By accepting this Agreement, the purchaser represents that the purchase is for a legitimate research purpose and that the materials will be handled by technically trained and qualified individuals, or within an organization that has personnel qualified to safely handle research materials.

The purchaser further represents that information supplied during checkout is truthful and accurate and that the purchaser is at least 21 years of age.

4. Handling, Storage, Transportation, and Disposal

The purchaser accepts responsibility for appropriate storage, handling, transportation, security, and disposal of research materials in accordance with product labeling, laboratory safety practices, and applicable laws and regulations.

The purchaser is responsible for maintaining materials in conditions suitable for the purchaser’s lawful research purpose and for preventing unauthorized access or use.

5. Compliance With Applicable Law

The purchaser is responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, local, institutional, and other requirements applicable to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, research use, and disposal of the materials.

Availability of a product on CLEAREDPEPTIDES.COM does not constitute a representation that the product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, shipped, distributed, or used in every jurisdiction.

CLEARED PEPTIDES may refuse, restrict, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, shipping, or compliance reasons.

6. No Medical Advice or Human-Use Instructions

CLEARED PEPTIDES does not provide medical advice, prescribing services, dosing instructions, administration instructions, or individualized guidance for human or veterinary use.

Scientific references, research summaries, Certificates of Analysis, or other informational materials do not change the research-only scope of this Agreement.

7. Certificates of Analysis and Laboratory Information

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) or other analytical report describes only the testing actually performed and the results reported by the applicable laboratory.

A COA does not, by itself, establish clinical safety or effectiveness, suitability for human or animal use, FDA approval, or suitability for any purpose outside the scope of the testing performed.

8. Misuse and Account or Order Restrictions

CLEARED PEPTIDES may suspend or terminate an account, decline future orders, or take other lawful action if it reasonably determines that a purchaser supplied false information, violated this Agreement, or attempted to use or redistribute materials for a prohibited or unlawful purpose.

9. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser accepts responsibility for losses, claims, or consequences arising from the purchaser’s misuse, unauthorized handling, prohibited redistribution, or use outside the research-only scope of this Agreement.

Nothing in this section limits liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited.

10. Terms, Policies, and Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, shipping policies, and other policies published on CLEAREDPEPTIDES.COM.

By checking the acceptance box at checkout and submitting the order, the purchaser affirmatively acknowledges that the purchaser has read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Only Acknowledgment.

The electronic acceptance record may be associated with the purchaser’s order number, customer name, acceptance date and time, and the version of this Agreement in effect at the time of acceptance.

Acceptance Record

A copy of the accepted Agreement may be provided electronically with the purchaser’s order confirmation or related order records.
